We have been with State Farm 25+ years however it is coming to an end as we are seeking coverage elsewhere. Having arrived in a new state we sought to transfer our coverage to our new location as we have done many times before moving to new states. This time the company did not complete the transactions as set up and let our policies lapse. They did not constant us we followed up with them to find out what was going on, apparently the employee that set up our file quit so no one took over and let everything slide. Terrible customer service all around as they don't return messages in a timely fashion or even bother at all.
